The Tarpon weighted 218 pounds and was certified by an International Game Fish Association Representative from St. Petersburg, Florida. This Giant Tarpon had a Girth of 45 inches and was 85 inches Long.

Bernie landed this Giant Tarpon with Captain James Wisner at World Famous Boca Grande, Florida, The Tarpon Capitol of the World.

Because this Tarpon was so Gigantic it was measured carefully to accurately determined its weight and then carefully released

The Girth was a WHOPPING 48 inches and the Length was an amazing 80 inches.

This Tarpon was computed to weight on an accurate formula around 230 pounds !
